Economy dominates UK election campaigns

The Labour Party of Gordon Brown, the incumbent prime minister, is seeking a fourth term in office, but trails David Cameron's Conservative Party in the polls.
With Britain slow to come out of recession, most voters will be looking to the party which offers the best plan to revive the country's ailing finances.
