WCIT 12 : Telecom governanace talks conclude unsolved

Published on 14 Dec 2012 : UN backed talks on Internet regulation have collapsed after nearly two weeks. Some countries have been campaigning for global oversight of the web. But the US and European Union have refused to sign the deal.
